Cabeço Preto I is one of four projects carried out by Gestamp Wind to start operating by the end of 2011 in Brazil. It is located in João Câmara in the Rio Grande do Norte region. The turbines used for this project are the Vestas V82 with a 1,65MW capacity each one.
With this project, Gestamp Wind will have 113MW in operation by the end of 2011 with the goal of reaching a total power capacity of 500MW by 2015 in Brazil alone.
